Презентација школе Janson de Sailly у нашој школи

Наша школа имала је задовољсто и част да 28.1.2020. угости директора школе Janson de Sailly из Париза, г-дина Mourad Kchouk-a. Овом приликом г-дин Mourad Kchouk је представио своју школу а нарочито рад одељења за припрему за Grand Ecoles школе у Француској.

Могућности за наставак школовања у Француској највише су заинтересовале ученике француског билингвалног одељења, који су у великом броју присуствовали презентацији.

На основу гласања ученика и професора изабран је кандидат Србије за избор за Лого пројекта. То је лого под редним бројем 2 у упитнику, аутора Саре Тасић и Душана Глигоријевића, III-4. Браво!

КОНКУРС за лого пројекта

Тим за Еразмус + пројекат Responsibly Eating Actively Values European Education Гимназије „Светозар Марковић“ раписује:

Конкурс за лого пројекта који треба да асоцира на оно што се у пројекту ради и да буде стилизован. Изабрани лого, или више њих, ће бити у конкуренцији лого знакова из осталих школа у пројекту на избору за коначан лого пројекта. Награда за најбољи лого, по мишљењу Тима, је веб камера, могућност да лого буде коначан лого пројекта и предност при одабиру ученика за размену. Радове слати на gsm.marija@gmail.com. Рок за слање радова је 14.11.2019.

Активности у пројекту Erazmus+ Responsibly Eating Actively Values European Education по земљма су следеће:

1) Француска

How healthy and sustainable is your nutrition?

Here is a list of activities we propose, of course some new ones may be added:

  1. Calculation of the footprint of our nutrition – impact of eating on the planet.
  2. Lab activity: what’s the benefit of eating mature fruits? Comparison of the nutritional qualities of a ripe fruit to an unripe one.
  3. Lab activity: How energetic id your food? Analysis of the energy contained in food – Comparison of the amount of sugar in different juices, sodas…
  4. Conference: a healthy diet, meeting with a nutritionist.
  5. Lab activity: how technology can help to have a healthy way of eating? Programming Arduino cards and a gyroscope to avoid fast eating.
  6. Meeting with the local group responsible for the meals at school. How is made a school menu?
  7. Visit of a food cheese factory. What is the composition of cheese?
  8. Visit of an organic bakery, what is french traditional bread?
  9. Visit of a local winery, is wine healthy?

2) Кипар

We are what we eat

Here is a list of activities we propose, of course some new ones may be added:

  1. Nutritionist to talk about balanced diet and eating disorders awareness (anorexia and bulimia).
  2. Practical: how much energy is there in food?
  3. Practical: how greasy are your potato chips?
  4. Practical: water content in fruits and vegetables
  5. Practical: Measuring the content of vitamin C in fruit juice under different conditions – for example different temperature
  6. Practical: compare the amount of fat in different foods.
  7. Practical: making yogurt
  8. Interactive simulation on line to test the effect of several variables related to obesity.
  9. Could also do something with stevia, like comparison between stevia and glucose – don’t have details yet.
  10. BMI and exercise- could link with dp gym.
  11. Analysis of the results of the survey about food in partner schools.

3) Србија

How can traditional food help to get a healthy nutrition in modern life?

Here is a list of activities we propose, of course some new ones may be added:

  1. Presentation of traditional food of each country (good and bad) and there students from each country could make with their hosts some typical dishes from their country
  2. a workshop in a chemical laboratory to discover the content of the sugar or vitamin C in the different products
  3. Workshop on the topic of ecological impact (that everyone exhibits how this is resolved in their country.
  4. Visit the University of Niš to the Department of Chemistry where we can see how a foodstuff analysis is done in our country.
  5. how to read a declaration on a food product
  6. Workshop: Android – Apps for a Nutrition Proposal for the Day
  7. Workshop: Arduino – measure how much sugar is in the juices we drink
  8. Workshop creating some posters, short video clips … to encourage good habits among students will continue to be used in class.
  9. The trip (Pločnik (30 km)- Neolithic site where they have the whole setting regarding food storage from that period – we also cover the historical aspect)
  10. A trip to Pirot (70 km), visiting a Scool for milk products, to see cheese production, and after that production of famous “roast sausage” and in the end visiting monastery Poganovo (historical aspect). On this trip we will see two beautiful gorges, Sićevo gorge and Jerma gorge (geographical aspect)
